Twenty new videos a month, in your face and your voice, without filming twenty videos.
You already know that good content is how people find you, start to trust you and eventually buy from you, and you also know how much of it you managed to post last month. So here is the trade: one recording session, scripts built from what you already teach, and new videos going out every week while you get on with running the business.
Half an hour on what you're posting now and what you'd post if time weren't the problem.
Two ways your content can run.
When the content depends on your diary
- You know exactly what your audience needs to hear, and it is all still in your head, or in a podcast nobody has clipped.
- Posting goes quiet every time a launch, a client crunch or a school holiday turns up, which is most months.
- Every video means hair, lighting, three takes and an editor, so a week of posts costs you a day you did not have.
- The people who would buy from you are hearing from somebody else in the meantime.
When the content runs without you
- Scripts arrive built from what you already teach, and your job is to say yes, or change a line.
- New videos go out with your face and your voice, made from one recording session instead of twenty.
- Your long recordings turn into shorts, audiograms, carousels and posts that keep pointing back at the offer.
- You show up every week whether or not this was a good week to be filmed.
Will people know it's AI?
Some will, if they look hard, and far fewer care than you'd think, because what they are really checking for is whether the idea is any good and whether it sounds like you. Well-made AI video has got good enough that most viewers simply watch it, and the creators getting ahead right now are the ones who stopped waiting for a free afternoon to film. Scroll your own feed for a minute and count how many of the people in your space post every single day. Do you really think they are all filming every single day?
What you can have made.
AI-presented video
New short videos presented by an authorised AI version of you, scripted from your own expertise, in a studio or podcast setting you never had to book.
Repurposed long form
Podcasts, webinars, lives and course recordings cut into the moments worth sharing, with hooks, captions and the written posts to go with them.
Audiograms and carousels
Voice notes and episodes turned into branded audiograms, and your best ideas laid out as carousels for the people who scroll instead of watching.
Video examples are being added every week. Until your favourite one is up, the copy samples are here, and you can see anything else on a call.
How it works.
1. One capture session
You record a short reference session (face, voice, a few angles) and sign off on how your likeness can be used. That is the filming done.
2. Scripts you approve
Each month starts with topics and scripts drawn from what you already teach, sell and get asked about. Nothing goes into production until you have read it.
3. Production in batches
Videos, edits, captions and graphics are made and checked in batches, so you get finished files rather than a stream of questions.
4. Out on your channels
Everything is formatted and scheduled to the channels you choose, and a simple record shows which pieces pulled their weight.
The proof, built in public.
The Seemingly Impossible, AJ's own mindset brand, is launching on exactly this system, and the numbers go out as they come in: what each piece cost, how long it took, what went out and what it did. Because it is AJ's own business, you can always tell the case study from client work, and client logos only appear here once those clients have said yes to being on it.
Worth your time if…
This is for you if
- People buy from you because of you: your ideas, your face, your way of explaining things.
- You already sell something that works, and more of the right people need to hear about it.
- You have more expertise than hours, and the hours are not coming back.
- You are happy to approve scripts and let somebody else worry about the rest.
Close the tab if
- There is nothing to sell yet, so the content would have nowhere to send anybody.
- You want a thousand videos by Friday and do not mind what they say.
- Being presented by AI is a line you are not willing to cross, which is a fair line to draw.
- You want a promise of followers or sales before anything has been posted.
Start with a call.
Bring a link to what you post now and the thing you most wish you had time to say. You'll leave with a clear idea of what a month of content would look like, and if this isn't the right fit you'll hear that on the call too.
